In order to use Real Brasil services you must first register with us, providing the sender’s original documents or certified copies of the the recipient’s information.
We transfer money to ALL of Brazil’s banks and to over 50 countries worldwide.
Step 1 – Registering the sender
In person at one of our branches
Registration in person requires the presentation of original documents.
PROOF OF IDENTITY: Valid Passport, residence permit, European Driving Licence, Swiss driver’s licence or Swiss identity card and the following information:
- Full address;
- Phone number;
- Profession;
- Employer, if applicable.
By post
All copies of the documents presented must be certified by a competent authority (such as a registry office or La Post, etc.)

- Profession
- Employer, if applicable
Step 2 – Registering the recipient
- Full address
- Phone number
- Profession
- Employer, if applicable
The following information for the recipient must be provided:
- Full address;
- Taxpayer Registration Number (CPF);
- Bank details, including the type of banking operation;
* Always request a receipt for your transaction for verification purposes.
Making a deposit:
Deposits may be made through our online transfer system or via a bank deposit into one of our accounts. For more information, please email atendimento@realbrasil.ch or contact our Customer Care Centre at 0800 27 27 45.
Note – For online transfers, please use your name for reference.
